Bringing together perspectives from national governments, subnational authorities, financial intermediaries, and international partners, the session created a space for cross-regional learning between Latin America and Africa. It focused on how to operationalise alignment between national climate frameworks and subnational financing systems through stronger planning, project preparation, pipeline development, and scalable finance models.”
