necesitan contar con las capacidades necesarias para acceder, gestionar y utilizar eficazmente dichos recursos. Algunos fondos clim\u00e1ticos disponen de programas espec\u00edficos para apoyar a los pa\u00edses en desarrollo en el fortalecimiento de sus capacidades para acceder e implementar financiamiento clim\u00e1tico. Tanto las instituciones p\u00fablicas como las privadas reciben apoyo para fortalecer sus capacidades institucionales, mecanismos de gobernanza y marcos de planificaci\u00f3n y programaci\u00f3n orientados hacia una agenda transformadora de acci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica a largo plazo. Esta secci\u00f3n presenta apoyo adicional disponible para mejorar la preparaci\u00f3n y el acceso al financiamiento
